Job Description
Insulet Corporation is seeking a Sr. Director, Business Transformation and Customer Experience (CX) for the IGBS. You will lead onboarding of new services, design and implement solutions, and embed CX into process designs while building a global BPM capability.
You will manage a team of Global Process Managers, steer change management, and collaborate across Insulet’s GPOs to deliver enterprise-wide improvements in process performance and client satisfaction.
