• Own overall business performance, P&L, and operations; drive growth strategy and oversee all business/functional units for execution excellence
• Personally lead strategic partnerships with major banks, financial institutions, payment networks, and key commercial partners across Singapore and ASEAN; identify new markets, alliances, and M&A opportunities
• Oversee financial performance, capital allocation, budgeting, and long-term financial health
