Head of Creative Operations & Delivery

Neon Growth is seeking a Director of Creative Operations to refine and lead the operating system behind high-volume creative production. You will own intake, prioritization, staffing, timelines, reviews and delivery, partnering with Creative Directors, Strategists, Account Leads and Media Buyers to keep priorities clear and feedback consolidated.

You will establish end-to-end workflows for static, motion and video work, ensuring briefs are complete, decisions are clear and timelines achievable.
