Summary of the Position

The Commercial Operations Head acts as a strategic partner to the Head of JAPAC and the wider leadership team in shaping regional business priorities, organisational effectiveness, and long-term commercial transformation agendas. The role is accountable for leading highly complex, cross-market and cross-functional initiatives across the JAPAC organisation, requiring demonstrated success in operating across heterogeneous healthcare systems, commercial models, and levels of market maturity.

The Commercial Operations Head must bring a proven, end-to-end commercial leadership track record across multiple functions (marketing, market access, medical, finance, or general management), with clear evidence of having shaped and executed business strategy beyond functional specialisation.
