Head of Collections Admin & AKPK/R&R Operations

OCBC Group Malaysia is seeking an Unit Head for Collections Admin, AKPK and R&R to lead the administrative team and optimize end-to-end processing for AKPK and R&R accounts.

You will oversee billing, credit refunds, GL reconciliation, and compliance with policies, while driving process improvements through automation and AI tools. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role.
