Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Lead, train and develop the Claims and Run-Off Management team, ensure efficient and effective operation Ensure and promote a consistent reserving and claims settlement culture within the department Administer and monitor large complex claims Coordinate and report losses proactively with Company Claims Ensure reviews of claims and requirements are undertaken Qualifications required:
University degree, preferably in law or business studies, higher education or excellent business experience Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage Experience required:
