YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- The Head of CSP for New Zealand is responsible for leading the Category Growth Strategy and Category Operations and Planning for the New Zealand business, spanning all categories and channels.
- Full accountability for building and shaping winning category and commercial plans for both customers and Unilever New Zealand, whilst delivering the category forecast and objectives through effective operations and planning.
- Owns Customer Category Growth Strategies by building fully integrated shopper, customer and channel insights and strong validated Category Value Drivers.
