Key Responsibilities
+ The Head of Business Services – Hong Kong/ Macau/ Taiwan is a multi-faceted role with responsibility for coordination and provision of Real Estate, Corporate Services, Corporate Security, Business Continuity & Resiliency.
+ Real Estate Services: Ensure professional property + facility management, supporting health + safety + ergonomics, performing project + move management on demand, space planning and management of critical infrastructure.
+ Corporate Services: Manage a portfolio of services around A/V equipment, office insurance, document management, fleet management, parking management, corporate card management, mail distribution, reception, pest control, janitorial, catering services & more. Periodic review of office procedure and ensure policies are up to date.
+ Security Services: Adherence of standards in access control systems and CCTV. Provide local information during security events and ensure all incidents are reported timely.
