Head of Bar & Beverage — Lead Innovative Mixology

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Head of Bar in Lima to lead bar service, guest experiences and product advice, reporting to F&B Director. You will ensure quality, exceed customer expectations and act as ambassador for the bar and hotel outlets.
