Responsibilities
- Direct line management of four Account Management employees
- Coaching, performance evaluation, employee development and HR reporting
- Regular coordination with business lines and competence centers to continuously develop the service offering
- Strategic account planning and development of the team's clients
- Responsible for recruiting, selection and structured onboarding of new employees
- Establishing, maintaining and improving processes, structures and guidelines
- Design and implementation of advisory models and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
- Ensuring sustainable knowledge and competence management
- Ensuring compliance with the normative requirements of Axians Somnitec AG
- Direct management of a strategic existing client portfolio as the primary point of contact
