Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, and supervises the clinical team to promote quality resident care.
- Assist or contribute to the Clinical Care Manager/Immediate Superior in preparing the monthly staff plan according to shift management.
- Coordinate all clinical care activities with other departments to ensure personnel, equipment, and facilities are in optimal condition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Nursing (required)
- Board passer
- At least 3 years experience as Head Nurse or in a supervisory position
- Work assignment: Pasay and Sucat, Muntinlupa
