Overview

A unique opportunity to take on an interesting and challenging leadership role on a fixed-term basis in the infection ward 13 at Laakson Hospital. The ward specializes in treating internal medicine patients with hospital-acquired infections such as MRSA, ESBL Klebsiella, VRE, CPE, and respiratory viral infections, featuring 27 beds and excellent infection control facilities. You will be supported by a team of experienced colleagues and a senior nurse.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily ward operations.
• Acting as a frontline supervisor for nursing staff.
• Working multidisciplinary, handling stress, and adapting to changing situations.

Qualifications

• Master of Health Sciences or higher university degree with leadership studies.
• Registration with Valvira.
• Medication management skills.
• Proficiency in Finnish and satisfactory Swedish skills.
