to lead the end-to-end recovery function for our NPA portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in collections strategy, regulatory compliance, legal recoveries, and team leadership
Job Responsibilities
Lead and drive the end-to-end collections and recovery function across the NPA portfolio, ensuring optimal recovery performance and portfolio quality
Develop and execute robust recovery strategies across early, mid, and late-stage delinquency buckets, including 60+ DPD cases
to maximize collections and minimize credit losses.
Leverage MIS, analytics, and performance dashboards to drive data-backed decision-making, portfolio monitoring, and continuous process improvement.
Champion digital collections and technology-led recovery initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer engagement.
