Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing
Develop and execute various sourcing strategies for the assigned accounts and covered locations.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Establish and maintainrelationship with academe and other external institutions for sourcing programs and initiatives.
2. Candidate Assessment & Selection
Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Administer and interpret assessment tools or tests as required.
Provide recommendation to Business Unit hiring managers based on interview outcomes and assessment.
3. Interview Coordination & Facilitation
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
