Boston College Libraries seeks a collaborative, innovative, and service-oriented professional to serve as **Head Librarian** of the Educational Resource Center (ERC). Reporting to the Associate University Librarian for Access, Administration, and Staff Development, the Head Librarian provides leadership for the ERC, overseeing its staff, operations, collections, services, and facilities while serving as the primary library liaison to the Lynch School of Education and Human Development (LSEHD).
