Job Description
We are currently working with a large Condominium Association in their search for Head Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Condo environment, working on preventative maintenance, supervising engineering and maintenance staff and responding to tenant's requests for repairs and actioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and longevity.
- Supervise engineering and maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, inspections, and capital projects.
