Job Overview
Xuan Sports and Wellness Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head Coach, Wushu (Senior Manager) to lead our Wushu division. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing coaching standards, programme development, coach supervision, athlete development, operational management, and business performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining coaching excellence across our academy and school programmes while supporting the organisation's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Technical Leadership
- Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of Wushu and Taiji programmes for students of different ages and abilities.
- Coach students for recreational, competitive and high-performance pathways.
- Plan annual training programmes and athlete development pathways.
