Minimum Requirements
- A recognised relevant Tertiary Qualification i.e Diploma/Degree with a certified culinary institute.
- Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans
- Must have Grade 12 (Matric)
- Must have 4-6 years’ relevant experience in a similar environment at Head Chef or Exec Sous Chef level ideally with a wine estate.
- Proven large-scale and multi-outlet operational experience is highly advantageous
- Computer literate in the MS Office Suite; POS and Stock taking systems. Experience with Pilot and SAP system will be advantageous.
