We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations of our growing café bakery. This is a production-focused leadership role ideal for someone who can balance speed, consistency, quality, cost control, and craftsmanship .
The Head Chef will be responsible for running an efficient kitchen system that supports both high-volume daily retail production and our premium artisan and catering range .
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production schedules based on campus demand
Ensure core menu items are consistently available throughout operating hours
Maintain fast turnaround times during peak service periods
Improve kitchen workflows for speed, efficiency, and consistency
Refine menu items to improve ease of production, consistency, and speed of service
