Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled head chef to join the team. The Ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the as a sous chef/head chef in an a la carte restaurant and banqueting environment


  • This role requires the ability to effectively coordinate and manage all aspects of the kitchen operation, with a primary focus on food preparation.

  • The successful candidate must possess extensive knowledge of food and the ability to develop recipes.

  • The role requires responsibility for all kitchen control systems and stock management.

  • Ability to lead a kitchen brigade and training kitchen staff.
