We are working with a well-regarded hospitality business in the Oldham area looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career. The business is looking for a chef with a proven background in quality-led kitchens and experience working within Rosette-standard establishments.
The Role
- Leading and managing the day-to-day kitchen operation
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
- Managing and developing the kitchen team
- Ensuring food safety, compliance, and stock control procedures are adhered to
- Working closely with senior management to drive standards and consistency
