Job Description
Shangri-La Group is seeking a Chef De Cuisine in Malaysia to lead our culinary team at a new boutique restaurant. In this role, you will design menus, manage kitchen staff, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification from a culinary school and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel, demonstrating creativity and strong leadership skills. A passion for culinary excellence is essential.
