- Small talented team.
- Two set days off together.
- Sociable hours as the kitchen closes fairly early.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Head Chef ideally within a pub.
- Experience with fresh ingredients.
- Experience with costings and menu development.
- Live within 45 minutes from location.
