About us:
We're looking for a Head Chef for our Cambridge pubs. Each pub has its own unique food vision and each menu is written in house from scratch. In Cambridge we have everything venues that specialise in Pizza and Burgers, to elevated pub classics - one thing does remain the same though - and thats that we use fresh, seasonal ingredients on menus that are dictated by what is fresh, local and available at that specific time of year. Being a Head Chef at Young's:
We believe every pub should be different. This means that you'll be writing your own recipes that match the food vision of your business using fresh seasonal ingredients. The food vision could be all about showcasing local produce, country pub classics, seafood, small plates and sharers, dry-aged meat - each pub is different and its up to you as head chef to put your own creative stamp on that vision....
