Crew Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor drill operators, locators, and laborers. Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to maximize productivity.
Job Planning & Setup: Review bore plans, project layouts, and utility maps. Ensure all underground utilities are properly located, exposed (potholed), and accounted for before drilling commences.
