Main Responsibilities- Supports Production Department in pursuing objectives and defining operative strategies to get the “best class manufacturing”.
- Defines and coordinate budget objectives (labor, energy, maintenance, investments) for the Plant, according to Group guidelines and target.
- Assures the respect of production plans agreed at Group level, within defined timing, activities and costs.
- Manages and controls production factors (labor, energy, maintenance, etc.), in order to minimize costs.
- Manages third-party manufacturing in order to optimize costs and pursue production plans targets.
- Assures the production within given timings and quality standards, according to requirements coming from Central Quality and Central Planning.
