Join Insight Global as an HCM Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud functionality. This role begins part-time and may transition to full-time, focusing on system enhancements.
This 12-month contract offers flexibility with an hourly rate of $80–$90/hr T4A. The right candidate will have 7–9+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, covering Core HR, Absence, and Compensation modules. The role involves partnering with various teams to enhance module functionality and support payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams on improvements
