Job Description
Join Insight Global as a part-time HCM Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud. Transition to full-time while improving HR processes in a large enterprise environment.
The role is part of a 12-month contract that starts with around 20 hours a week, offering a flexible pathway to full-time employment. Candidates should have 7–9+ years handling Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with strong experience in Core HR and modules including Compensation and Onboarding, and a solid background in payroll support and integration.
Key Responsibilities: • Enhance and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules • Collaborate closely with HR and IT departments • Perform requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis • Troubleshoot and provide system support • Implement ongoing system releases and improvements
