Role: HCI Administrator
Location: Chennai
Experience: 7-12 years
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure operations, with 3+ years hands‑on on VMware vSphere & vSAN.
- Strong expertise in vSAN (ESA/OSA), SPBM policies, resync operations, and performance tuning.
- Hands‑on experience with Skyline Health, Aria Operations (vROps), vSphere HA/DRS.
- Knowledge of fault domains, stretched clusters, witness architecture, and resiliency models.
- Experience with vSAN encryption (data‑at‑rest / in‑transit), KMS / Native Key Provider / TPM.
- Working knowledge of vSphere Lifecycle Manager (vLCM), firmware, drivers, and HCL compliance.
