Hatchery Sanitation Tech - Weekend Overnights

This position is responsible for routine Hatchery sanitation and maintenance as needed of the Hatchery including:

• a clean work environment, monitoring of control systems and/or robotic equipment, and hatchery preparation for production.

Shift Schedule & Hours Friday:

•  2:45 PM – 5:00 AM Saturday: 3:45 PM – 5:00 AM Sunday: 3:45 PM – 4:00 AM Duties and Responsibilities:  The Night Shift Sanitation position reports to the Hatchery Manager.  The position: Cleans and sanitizes the Hatchery in preparation for the next day’s work; Follows and completes nightly and weekly checklists; Provides support for the Maintenance Department during the overnight shifts.  Identifies and repairs problems or weaknesses that arise in mechanical systems or equipment as needed during the overnight shifts.
