Overview
Employee must be willing and able to work in different aspects of the beef packing industry. Ability to work in hot/humid conditions and stand for entire shift. In addition, you will be required to wear all PPE and follow food and safety protocol.
Responsibilities
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash carcass in preparation for further processing.
