Harvest interns wanted for 2027

Chamonix Wine Estate, situated high above the Franschhoek Valley, is looking for three motivated, energetic and hands on Harvest Interns from January 2027 – April/May 2027. The successful candidates will report directly to the winemaker.

Responsibilities

• Wine and must additions
• Fermentation control
• Racking of wine
• Pressing
• Barrel Work
• Grape data collection and intake
• Yeast Preparation
• Cellar Hygiene

Requirements

• Viticulture & Oenology degree/diploma
• Driver’s license
