Job Description

As a Hardware Supervisor with Tofino Co-op, you will support the Hardware Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring excellent customer service, safe work practices, and efficient operations. This role involves coaching, training, and leading team members while fostering a positive, customer-focused environment.
Duties & Responsibilities: 
Assist in organizing, directing, and coordinating daily department tasks
Support inventory management, ordering, and staff scheduling
Supervise, train, coach, and resolve conflicts among Hardware team members
Ensure timely and accurate completion of orders
Maintain well-stocked shelves and a clean, organized department
Ensure all safety guidelines are followed, including proper PPE use, condition and availability
Process invoices and maintain accurate receiving documentation
