Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for RF hardware technical support in debugging and resolving issues related to 2G/3G/4G/5G/CAT-M/NB-IoT/GNSS/Wi-Fi and other wireless communication module products.
Provide reliable RF design solutions to customers according to their actual application requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as CPM, FAE, Certification, and R&D teams to resolve customer RF hardware related issues in a timely manner.
Review customer schematic diagrams and PCB layout design files using EDA tools.
Support overseas certification activities including OTA and EMC troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Assist customers in RF hardware related technical inquiries and provide prompt support responses.
Independently conduct technical discussions and meetings with customers and certification laboratories when required.
Track, maintain, and summarize RF related customer issues and technical findings in reports.
