We re looking for a proactive and hands-on Handyman/Maintenance Operative to join a vibrant residential building in Leeds. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of the estate, helping to deliver an outstanding living experience for the residents.
You ll be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance , ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times.
Duties:
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests via internal systems
- Carry out general repairs, including plumbing and basic electrical work
- Support both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
