- Complete non-technical requests;
- Facility maintenance;
- Ad-hoc duties.
- Ensure compliance to Health and Safety Act.
- Attend to client complaints / requests and ensure all calls are logged at the helpdesk
- Communicate repairs / feedback to FM via Forcelink / daily report
