You will be the quality gatekeeper, tackling production issues proactively to prevent delays while maintaining a safe shop floor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage materials and supplier pricing for optimal efficiency
• Review job priorities and coordinate work across the shop floor
• Inspect components for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Lead daily Toolbox Talks and assign production priorities
• Monitor safety compliance and conduct inspections regularly
