Hands-on Operations Lead – Warehouse & Customer Care

VidaSpace is seeking an Operations Team Lead at our Levin hub to steer a hands-on team of five across warehouse and customer care, with responsibilities in purchasing and freight. The role balances stock planning, overseas shipment coordination, and active involvement in daily order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates will have proven hands-on leadership, comfort with Odoo, Pipedrive and Microsoft tools, and a knack for fixing inefficient processes. On-site work in Levin most of the week is required.
