Step into a pivotal role as a Maintenance Supervisor in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing facility. Your hands-on leadership will be crucial in managing the maintenance team and ensuring equipment reliability.
In this role, you will lead daily operations, support troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. With a minimum of eight years in manufacturing maintenance and at least two years in a supervisory capacity, you will focus on enhancing production uptime while managing spare parts and records in the CMMS system. Your structured approach will ensure efficient responses to breakdowns and maintenance issues.
