Job Description
Elevate the maintenance operations at a Pulp Mill as a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor. This role involves guiding a skilled trades team to maintain safety and reliability in a high-risk industrial setting.
You will execute maintenance strategies, including planning, preventive, and corrective tasks, while collaborating closely with operations and engineering teams. Your expertise in troubleshooting and safety leadership will be vital in minimizing downtime. In this supervisory role, you’ll also manage contractor relations and drive continuous improvement efforts across maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee skilled trades including electricians and millwrights
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Align maintenance efforts with production goals for high uptime
• Ensure safety compliance during all operations
