Hands-On IT Support Engineer – Windows & End-User

Red King Resourcing is seeking an IT Support Engineer for onsite support in Cowdenbeath, Scotland. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting hardware and software for end users and ensuring high service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Level 2 IT support, strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, and excellent customer service skills. The position offers an initial contract of 6 months at £150 per day, inside IR35.
