Handover Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end unit handover process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with the company's quality standards.
• Supervise unit inspections, final inspections, and defect rectification prior to handover.
• Coordinate with Project, Contractors, and Vendors to ensure unit readiness.
• Lead and supervise the Handover team in managing customer complaints before and after handover.
• Monitor handover progress and prepare operational reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Communication, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Handover or Customer Relations within the property industry, including at least 3 years in a Supervisor or Section Head role.
• Strong understanding of building specifications, quality inspection, and customer complaint handling.
