Job Description
The Handover Associate (Project-Based) serves as the representative of RHK Land Corporation during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that the unit is ready for handover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in.
- Facilitates unit handover to clients and handles any concerns during the process.
- Assists in monitoring post-handover concerns & directs these to proper units for immediate handling & resolution.
- May involve punch listing and inspection of units and common areas.
- Performs other customer service functions as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has a Bachelor's Degree for any 4-year course, but preferably in Engineering or Real Estate
