In this role, you’ll spearhead product launches and manage engineering efforts within a high-performance team at L3Harris's WESCAM division. You will focus on developing advanced optical sensor systems while adhering to best practices in project management and budget compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project management and technical guidance initiatives
• Present design stage gate packages effectively
• Align teams to ensure smooth product introduction
• Conduct risk analysis and maintain project metrics
• Oversee investigations into product failures and effectiveness tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Project and technical communication
• Proven ability to foster relationships with stakeholders
