Job Description
In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment leading a team of nurses to achieve excellence in providing home care services to Spectrum's patients. Reporting to the Regional Branch, you will oversee patient care plans, quality metrics, and staff development to meet high standards of service delivery.
Must have skills: Consulting experience from big‑four or major consulting firms, Project Management, Communication, Presentation, Requirements gathering, basic understanding of end‑to‑end compensation processes.
The position is responsible for the planning and successful delivery of long‑term and/or complex technology programs in a specific business unit while leading matrixed program team members that span functional areas.
