A prestigious luxury island lodge in Mozambique is seeking a passionate and service-driven Guest Relations Anchor to join the team. This rotational position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting lodge operations and administration.
Responsibilities:
-Warmly meet, host, and bid farewell to all guests, always ensuring personalized service
-Conduct guest orientations, manage special requests, and coordinate dietary requirements
-Liaise with guides, butlers, housekeeping, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
-Assist with room allocations, daily planning, and activity coordination
-Support budget control, stock takes, and operational planning
-Host guests during meals and oversee guest delight initiatives
