Guest Experience Reservations Specialist

Millennium Place Barsha Heights is seeking a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests seeking room reservations. You will deliver friendly service across phone, email, and online channels, handling inquiries and ensuring bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will verify guest information, share information about rates and availability, promote offers, and assist with group reservations while upholding high customer service standards and company policies.
