Job Description
The Guest Experience Lead works to prove an excellent experience for customers choosing to eat at McDonald's. The GEL is responsible for light custodial work, including (but not limited to) cleaning the lobby, play place, restrooms and building perimeter. The GEL communicates with customers dining in the lobby to ensure their dining needs exceed expectations. The GEL assists in bringing food to parked cars and assists with preparing McDelivery orders for speedy and accurate service.
