**Job Description**
Within the Project Management and Methods and Management Processes function of the Merchant Ships Division, Warranty Coordination has among its tasks that of overseeing the warranty management process, ensuring uniformity of behavior, timely resolution of interventions and upstream feedback to activate corrective interventions also on ships of future construction.
In this context, the role of Guarantee Specialist is responsible for:
* supporting and coordinating the activities of all company functions involved in the warranty management process;
* personally managing activities related to specific problems, e.g. cross-cutting warranty issues, applicable to multiple ships and/or Customers;
* ensuring continuous improvement of the warranty process.
