Affinity Partnerships are offering an exciting opportunity for committed and adaptable teachers to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme. This unique role provides the security of a consistent income alongside the variety and experience of supply teaching.

About the Role

As part of our Guaranteed Pay Scheme, you will work exclusively with Affinity Partnerships, supporting a range of schools across our network. On days that you are available, you will be offered teaching assignments across different schools, year groups and settings. Crucially, on any days you are available but not required in a school, you will still receive payment – giving you financial stability while maintaining flexibility.
